We ship FedEx Ground for all orders shipped to the mainland US. Orders to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska ship via USPS.
FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
You will receive automated tracking information from FedEx once your order ships. The automated email may go to your junk mail, so be sure to check there.
Currently, we are shipping only to the US and Canada.
Please inspect merchandise upon arrival and report any damage as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with any product you receive, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30-days of receipt. Please call before returning any items. You can return baskets that have not been damaged, at your expense, as long as they are in perfect condition and have not been shaped. We do not have any restocking fees.
If a problem is our fault, we will bear the cost to correct the issue. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all freight charges.
All clearance sales are final and do not qualify for refund or exchange, except if an item arrives damaged.
Shipping cost is based on the dollar value of your merchandise total.

Minimum order: $300
$300 – $699 = 12% of merchandise total
$700 – $1,499 = 9% of merchandise total
$1,500+ = 8% of merchandise total
Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico
Minimum order: $300.
Shipping: 25% of merchandise total.
Canada
Minimum order: $300.
Shipping: 35% of merchandise total.
